The Problem
Mosaik.io is a real estate management platform that needed to serve multiple organizations from a single codebase. But the existing code was in bad shape — built without architecture, impossible to scale, and full of technical debt. The CEO was spending the majority of his time firefighting engineering issues instead of growing the business.
What We Did
We started by applying Scaling Up principles to understand the business goals and align the engineering effort with what actually mattered for growth. Then we assembled a Navy SEAL team — a small, elite group of developers who operate with autonomy and discipline.
The team rebuilt the entire platform from scratch with a multi-tenant architecture. Every design decision was made to support scale: proper database isolation, role-based access control, and a clean API layer that could serve any number of organizations without code changes.
