As Contractor of Record, the professionals are contracted through Quasar: we handle contracts, payments, benefits, taxes, IP protection, and local labor-law compliance. You direct the work but have no employment relationship to manage, just one simple monthly rate per team member, billed securely via Stripe. Quasar operates through a US-registered LLC and carries U.S. professional business insurance, so you're covered at every point.

What roles can Quasar Solutions staff?

Quasar staffs six areas: Project Management; Engineering & Development (mobile with React Native, web with React, backend with Node.js, and connected TV such as Apple TV, Android TV, and smart TVs); Quality & Infrastructure (QA, automation, and AWS); Customer Experience; Executive Support; and UI/UX Design. Long-term, dedicated team members (part-time or full-time), not temporary project contractors.

Does Quasar's talent know how to work with AI?

Yes, it's a hiring requirement. Quasar only places professionals who use AI properly in their day-to-day work and whose expertise is strong enough to direct it well, which can multiply their output up to 5x. Every Quasar professional also receives monthly training on the latest AI tools. Developers follow architecture-first principles: they design and document the architecture before coding, record every meaningful technical decision, and ship in small, runnable, reviewable units so AI-assisted code stays maintainable.
