Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing and initial candidate screening to interview coordination, follow-up, and closing hires. You will identify qualified candidates and assess their experience, English level, and cultural fit with the company.

What You’ll Do

• ✦Manage the full recruiting and selection process.
• ✦Post openings and source candidates across different platforms.
• ✦Review résumés and conduct initial interviews.
• ✦Assess experience, skills, English, and cultural fit.
• ✦Coordinate interviews with leaders and hiring managers.
• ✦Follow up promptly with candidates and interviewers.
• ✦Keep the candidate database up to date.
• ✦Request and verify work references and required documentation.
• ✦Prepare reports on the progress of each opening.
• ✦Build an active talent pool for future positions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• ▹Average time to fill each opening.
• ▹Number and quality of candidates presented.
• ▹Percentage of candidates who advance in the process.
• ▹Offer acceptance rate.
• ▹Retention of hires during their first 90 days.
• ▹Meeting deadlines and follow-up on each process.
• ▹Satisfaction of the hiring managers.

What We’re Looking For

• ✓Minimum three years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• ✓English level C2, spoken and written.
• ✓Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✓Organization and the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• ✓Attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
• ✓Experience working remotely.
• ✓Your own computer and a stable internet connection.
