Scaling Up Coach

About the Role

As a Scaling Up Coach, you will guide leadership teams through the Rockefeller Habits and the Scaling Up methodology, helping organizations sharpen their strategy, execution, and people practices to grow with clarity and momentum.

What You’ll Do

• ✦Facilitate strategic planning sessions with leadership teams.
• ✦Coach executives on implementing the Rockefeller Habits and Scaling Up tools.
• ✦Diagnose organizational bottlenecks and design actionable growth plans.
• ✦Track client progress and hold teams accountable to their goals.
• ✦Build long-term, trusted relationships with client organizations.

What We’re Looking For

• ✓Scaling Up / Gazelles certification (required).
• ✓5+ years of experience coaching or consulting with leadership teams.
• ✓Deep understanding of business strategy, execution, and cash flow.
• ✓Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• ✓Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Nice to Have

• ＋Prior experience as a founder or senior executive.
• ＋Experience coaching companies across multiple industries.
