AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our engineering team to build AI-powered products that solve real business problems. You will design and deploy models and LLM-based systems into production, working across the full lifecycle from experimentation to reliable, monitored services.

What You’ll Do

• ✦Design, train, and deploy machine learning and LLM-based systems.
• ✦Build data pipelines and evaluation frameworks for model quality.
• ✦Integrate AI capabilities into production applications and APIs.
• ✦Monitor, optimize, and iterate on model performance and cost.
• ✦Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• ✓3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• ✓Strong programming skills in Python.
• ✓Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern ML frameworks.
• ✓Experience deploying models to production environments.
• ✓Solid foundation in statistics and ML fundamentals.

Nice to Have

• ＋Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• ＋Familiarity with MLOps tooling and cloud ML platforms.
• ＋Contributions to open-source ML projects or research.
